LH Consulting were the project structural engineers for the white box alterations and fit-out at South Africa’s first H&M store in the Victoria Wharf Mall.

The alterations took place within a historical building with much of the original structure being heritage protected. 

The structural design required sensitivity to combine the high end, modern finishes within the heritage of the original building.
